It’s Dr. Mike and this is my 3rd of 4 video blogs on my application to be ABC Good Morning America’s “Advice Guru.”
In this part of the application – they asked me: Hey Dr. Mike, What would you tell this person who tells you this: “My boss keeps taking credit for my ideas. What should I do?”

I like that perspective. It gets the monkey of pride and arrogance off of my back. He/she can have that monkey if they want it.
Never thought of looking at it that way. Boy how that changes everything!
