Hey all!

Happy Friday… this week I’ve got a quick video blog that is “90 seconds for Sanity, Leadership & Character.”

I start out with a great quote:
Franklin D. Roosevelt says this – “Men are not prisoners of fate, but prisoners of their own minds.”

Roosevelt is teaching us that our brain/our Mindset can be our best friend and our worst enemy. We have the power, the control, and the choice to go either way.

As always, leave your comments and thoughts below the video. I love hearing from you all.

Until next time – Live your life with passion & purpose,
freest1
Dr. Mike

p.s. Want more “Great Quotes that Teach” – I have two instantly downloadable eBooks available – Volume 1 and Volume 2. Once you read these quotes they will actually get you to step back, rethink, retool, reorganize and reinvent yourself on a daily basis.

As always, Dr. Mike, you have a great message. We really do have control over how we allow circumstances to lift us up or bring us down. Our mindset has so much more power than we can imagine. Thank you for that reminder.
Trying to live with both passion and purpose daily-
